I'm sure I've cheapened this some how by submitting and making my life easier by turning over post management to Blogger. I've sacrificed a little bit of functionality for a lot more freedom in posting. The cool little javascript div collapses are gone. Mostly just vanilla HTML now. This is a good thing.

This is a largely under utilized site. For the most part I use it host pictures and the typical Internet random detritus along side whatever writing projects I've recently finished. There's really nothing in between. While I don't want a community, or even commenting for that matter, I still feel like there's not much going on here. It's wasted space. I've been meaning to use this as more than just a place to host writing. It should really being a place just to write as well. My intentions have been to do so, with some sense of recurrent timing. I haven't done this so for more reasons that just laziness.

As much as the previous set up was simple using only limited javascript it really wasn't all that easy to edit. As I approached five posts I was starting to wonder how I would archive easily, and whether I should for that matter, manually editing multiple files, and manually linking the whole lot. It really wasn't for me. Instead I've switched over to Blogger. I've traded my soul for sanity. My soul and I have had a good run. It's time it was handed over to Google.
