I won't be doing this any time soon but I was just struck by the thought of a one day screenplay. Some day, when my wife will be gone and I don't have any demands on my time, I might just give it a shot. Sit down and during one complete day write an entire screenplay. I'm generally awake for around 16 hours. Make some room for food and breaks and even drop it down to ten hours work that's only twelve pages an hour. How hard could it be? It'd be a fun, if completely frustrating, exercise for me some time.

Auditions are still a full three weeks away for A Brand New Hell. I'm anxious to get started on this but I'm still not sure about everything that I need. I've done some pricing on make up and assorted materials. I have a lot of shit in my head but until it comes down to it I'm not going to be able to get a lot of it out. I need to get through and edit the shit out of the script as well. Need to get a production script together and teach my wife how to use Celtx so that she can make notation updates to the script. I conned her in to being my stage manager. Lucky her.

Basic book I've been writing about writing is going as well. I'm almost through my rough first draft. There's still a significant amount of work to go yet but it's getting there. I have a feeling that I'm missing a lot of materials right now. It'll get there.

If you haven't noticed I've added an RSS feed to the page since Blogger makes it really easy to do so. If you don't know what RSS feeds are I'd suggest doing a search. They can make your life much easier rather than checking websites frequently.
